🔬 Core Facility for Global Metabolomics and Lipidomics
Researchers at the University of Oslo, Oslo University Hospital, or other institutions who want to incorporate global metabolomics or lipidomics into their study.
Full-service support from study design to results
- Consultation on study design and sample requirements
- Sample preparation (dried blood spots, plasma, serum, urine, CSF, tear fluid, bile, and more)
- Global metabolomics analysis (LC-Orbitrap MS)
- Global lipidomics analysis (LC-Orbitrap MS)
- Data processing and compound identification (~1,000 compound library)
- Support for bioinformatic analysis and result interpretation
